Welcome to Intuitive Code! We’re excited to have you on board. This guide will help you get started with accessing and utilizing your plan effectively. Please follow the steps outlined below to unlock the full potential of Intuitive Code's tools and services.

Step 1: Accessing Your Plan in the App

Check Your Email Invitation

  1. You will receive an email invitation to access your plan.

  2. Accept the invitation and follow the prompts to create your account.

Install the Intuitive Code App

  • Download and install the app on your mobile device by following the steps outlined here: [Installing the Intuitive Code App on iOS and Android].

Start the Onboarding Process

  • After logging in, begin the onboarding session, which includes:

    • A guide to best practices for selecting your optimum portfolio.

    • An overview of using Intuitive Code’s AI datasets.

    • Essential risk management principles.


  • You will gain access to your plan upon completing the onboarding process.

Step 2: Accessing Your Plan via Microsoft Teams

Install Microsoft Teams

  • Download and install Microsoft Teams on your preferred devices.

Create a Personal Microsoft Account (Recommended)

  • While not mandatory, we recommend creating a complimentary personal Microsoft account and enabling two-factor authentication for added security.

  • Important: Use a personal account, as it differs from a business Microsoft account.

Using Teams Without a Microsoft Account

  • Opting not to create a Microsoft account means you'll be required to enter a one-time passcode (OTP) each time you log in, as stipulated by Microsoft's policy.

Step 3: Reaching Your Coordinator via In-App Support

  • A dedicated coordinator will be assigned to you.

  • To contact support, create a ticket directly in the app.

  • All ticket history will be stored in the app for your reference.

Step 4: Using In-App Live Chat

  • Premium and Expert Support Tiers Only: In-app live chat is available exclusively to users on the Premium and Expert support tiers.

    • Note: Live chat interactions will not be recorded in your ticket history.

Step 5: Automation Setup on Teams

  • Initial Setup: Automation may not be fully active on your first day. Our team will configure real-time alerts and notifications via Microsoft Teams.

  • Test Alerts: You may receive test alerts during the setup phase; please disregard these until you receive a confirmation notification.

  • Completion Notification: Once setup is complete, you will receive a personalized notification in your dashboard.
